1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken during delivery
- You received the wrong product
Important:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos/videos as proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours
- Share order details and proof (images/videos)
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- If eligible, we will offer a replacement instead of refund
- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost (in valid cases)
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
